Returns Or Exchange

In order to exchange or return you must be fulfilling these conditions:

Return Or exchange should be claim after receiving with in 3 days on every purchase with us.

The product must be unused unwashed or unworn.

If the product returned to us in bad condition, we don’t return or exchange

Delivery charges are non refundable in any case

Those items should not be used and all its original stuff and tags should not be removed.

Once the item received and after checking its condition, we will offer exchange, return in a form of voucher code of the total amount of your order for that particular product depends on value & nature of a product

An online product cannot be returned while its exchange. And still, if you ask to return a product without any specific complaint or reason delivery charges for return won’t be refunded by the Thia.PK – Newborn & Kids Store.

Return item won’t be refund in form of money as we’ll provide you a voucher code of your order total (excl. DC) to use that on your next order.

In case of defect or damage, we offer return within 3 days. Courier the parcel on your own expense to our company address.

It is a crucial part when you return our product it should be labeled as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any inconvenience.
