How to Choose a Winter Romper for Your Baby
The right winter romper depends on three things: your baby's age, how cold your city gets, and whether you need it for indoors or outdoor use.
Age and fit
0–6 months — Look for rompers with a built-in bib or fold-over mittens. Newborns cannot regulate body temperature well, so full-coverage designs with hoods work best.
6–12 months — This is the crawling stage. Choose ribbed or stretchable fabric that allows movement, with a full-length zipper for quick nappy changes.
12–24 months — Toddlers need thicker polyester-filled rompers for outdoor use. Buy one size up so the romper lasts the whole season.
Fabrics we stock
Flannel — Lightweight and breathable. Best for Karachi and Hyderabad winters, or for indoor use in colder cities.
Ribbed rabbit wool — Soft, stretchy and warm without bulk. A good middle option and the most comfortable against newborn skin.
Polyester-filled — The warmest option. Made for Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and northern areas, or for outdoor winter use anywhere.

Washing and care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach on printed or 3D character designs. Air dry in shade — direct sunlight fades the colours and tumble drying can shrink woollen blends. Wash a new romper once before the first wear.
Common Questions
What size winter romper should I buy for a newborn?
For newborns choose the 0–6 months size. If your baby was born on the heavier side or you are buying for later in the season, go one size up — a slightly loose romper is safer and warmer than a tight one.
Are these rompers warm enough for Lahore and Islamabad winters?
Our polyester-filled rompers are made for cold-weather cities and work well outdoors. For Karachi and other mild-winter areas, flannel or ribbed rabbit wool is usually enough.
Can my baby wear a romper for sleeping?
Yes. A romper is generally safer than loose blankets for infants. Choose a lighter flannel style for sleeping so your baby does not overheat, and keep the room ventilated.
Do you deliver winter rompers all over Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide with cash on delivery available. For heavier winter items you may also want to look at our baby blankets and comforters.
How do I know if my baby is too warm?
Feel the back of the neck rather than the hands or feet — hands and feet are naturally cooler. If the neck feels sweaty, remove a layer.
